Pumpkin Balls With Enoki Mushrooms

Pumpkin 200 g [flesh in ball shape]
Enoki mushroom(s) 150 g
Garlic 1 tsp [minced]
Chili 1 tsp [red, diced]


Vegetarian Stir-Fry Sauce 2 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Water 100 ml

  1. Steam pumpkin balls for about 8 minutes until done. Keep warm.
  2. Saute garlic and red chili in 1 tbsp oil. Add enoki mushrooms and stir-fry until tender.  Stir in sauce mix, cook through and pour over pumpkin balls.
