Chicken in Chili Bean Sauce

Chicken fillet300 g [diced] Bell pepper (s)2 pcs [red, diced] Garlic1 tbsp [minced] Green onion(s) [diced, for garnish]
Marinade
Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 1 tbsp Corn starch 1/2 tsp Oil 1/2 tsp
Sauces
Chili Bean Sauce (Toban Djan) 2 tbsp White Vinegar 1 tbsp
Directions
- Marinate chicken for 15 minutes.
- Saute minced garlic in 2 tbsp oil. Add chicken and stir-fry until done.
- Stir in red bell peppers, sauce mix and heat through. Garnish with green onion.
