Bacon Avocado Dip

Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo 1 /4 cup
3 strips bacon
2 avocados (medium-size, ripe)
4 tsp lime juice

Dipping Sauce

Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo 1 /4 cup

1.   In a saute pan over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp. Allow it to cool down slightly, rough chop into pea-size pieces
2.   Cut open avocado, remove pit, scoop flesh into a medium-size bowl, and smash with a wooden spoon
3.   Add Sriracha Mayo, lime juice, bacon, and mix well. Add more lime juice if needed
4.   Serve as a dip for chips or French fries


Reserve a small amount of chopped bacon as garnish. Dip also works well as a sandwich spread
