Spicy Scallops with Sriracha Mayo

Scallops in shell 18 pieces
Condensed milk 4 Tbsp
Cracked black pepper 2 Tsp
Chopped cilantro stalks 4 Tbsp
lemon juice 3 Tbsp
Green onions diced for garnish
Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo 1 /4 cup


Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo 1 /4 cup

1.   Rinse scallops. Grill them with closed lid for 5 minutes till they start to open a little. Use knife to pry open all the way and separate shells. Set aside.
2.   In a bowl, mix Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo evenly with all other ingredients, then put sauce on scallops (the full half-shell) and place them on a baking tray.
3.   Put the scallops in oven and bake at Broil setting for 3 minutes till golden brown o the surface. Garnish with green onions.
