Pumpkin Beef Stew with Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce

Ingredients

Pumpkin, cut into small cubed pieces 2 Cups
Celery, minced 1 /2 Cup
Green beans, snip ends, cut into 1-inch length pieces 2 Cups
Onion, chopped 1 /2 Cup
Garlic, minced 1 Tsp
Ginger, finely chopped 1 Tsp
Chicken broth 8 Ounces
Vegetable oil, for cooking 2 Tbsp
Sherry, dry 2 Ounces
Beef flank steak, cut into cubes 8 Ounces
Premium Soy Sauce 4 Tbsp

Premium Soy Sauce 4 Tbsp


Directions
1.   Heat vegetable oil in pan on medium heat. Then add beef and cook until browned. Set aside.
2.   In the same pan, add in ginger and garlic. Cook briefly for one minute.
3.   Add the beef and the remainder of ingredients to the pan.
4.   Bring mixture to a boil. Then simmer until pumpkin and the beef are tender
