Pumpkin Au-Gratin with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce

Ingredients

Pumpkin, skin removed and cut into thin slices 2 Pounds
Heavy cream 1 Pint
Mozzerella cheese, shredded 2 Ounces
Garlic, minced 1 Tsp
Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce 4 Tbsp

Directions
1.   Combine heavy cream, garlic, and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored sauce in mixing bowl. Mix well.
2.   Place the pumpkin slices in a 9 x 7-inch baker's dish. Pour mixture over the pumpkin slices. marinate for 30 minutes.
3.   Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
4.   Remove cover and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for another 10 minutes until cheese has melted.
