Crispy Chicken Cakes with Plum Ginger Sauce

Ingredients

Cilantro, chopped 1 Tbsp
Ground chicken 1 Pound
Vinegar 2 Tbsp
Parsley, chopped 2 Tbsp
Oil, for frying 2 Tbsp
Egg 1 Whole
Ginger, finely chopped 1 Tsp
Breadcrumbs 4 Tbsp
Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce 3 Tbsp
Chili Garlic Sauce 1 Tbsp
Sesame Oil(Pure) 1 Tsp
Plum Sauce 4 Tbsp


Sauces

Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce 3 Tbsp
Chili Garlic Sauce 1 Tbsp
Sesame Oil(Pure) 1 Tsp
Plum Sauce 4 Tbsp


Directions
1.   Combine Oyster Flavored Sauce and Chili Sauce(sauce mixture). Heat up in a microwave.
2.   Combine ingredients(chicken, cilantro, parsley, egg, breadcrumbs and sauce mixture) in a bowl. Mix well.
3.   Form a small ball and flatten-about 1/2 inch thick.
4.   Pan fry on both sides until golden brown.
5.   Serve with ginger plum sauce(Plum sauce, vinegar, ginger, Sesame Oil).
