Chicken breast, thinly sliced 16 Oz
Cornstarch 1 Tbsp
Marsala wine 6 Oz
Shallot minced 2 Tbsp
Minced Garlic 2 Tsp
Freshly thyme 2 Tsp
Chopped parsely 2 Tbsp
Olive oil 4 Tbsp
Assorted mushrooms 8 Oz
Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp
Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 2 Tbsp

1.   Massage chicken with cornstarch and soy sauce.
2.   In a heated pan with olive oil, pan fry chicken in batches two minutes on each side. Transfer in a plate.
3.   In the same pan, add garlic and onion cook for 2 minutes.
4.   Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cook mixture util alcohol evaporates.
5.   Add cooked chicken. Mix well and cook mixture until heated through
