Chicken Egg Omelet with Oyster Flavored Sauce

button mushrooms 4 ounces, small pieces
chicken breast 4 ounces, small pieces
red bell peppers 4 ounces, diced
black pepper 1 pinch
eggs 5 whole, beaten

Seasoning Mix

cooking oil 3 Tablespoons
PANDA BRAND™ Oyster Flavored Sauce 2 Tablespoons
Hoisin Sauce 2 Tablespoons

1.   Saute chicken with 1 tbsp oil for 2 minutes.
2.   Add red bell peppers and mushrooms. Cook until wilted.
3.   Add Oyster Flavored Sauce and cook until heated through. Set aside (chicken mixture).
4.   In a heated non-stick skillet, add 2 tbsp oil. Cook eggs for 1-2 minutes.
5.   Add the chicken mixture and season with black pepper.
6.   Drizzle Hoisin Sauce before serving.
