boneless pork belly, with skin 1 lb.
ginger slices 5
red bell pepper, cut into slices 1
garlic chives (rinsed and chopped) 6 oz.

Seasoning Mix

Chili Bean Sauce (Toban Djan) 3 Tbsp.
Seasoned Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp.
cooking oil 1 Tbsp.
cooking wine 1 Tbsp.

1.   Place pork belly and cold water into a pot, boil until medium rare. Rinse and cut into slices.
2.   Heat pan, add oil. Add sliced meat and ginger, stir-fry until golden.
3.   Add cooking oil, Lee Kum Kee Chili Bean Sauce, and Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce to stir-fry.
4.   Add garlic chives and bell pepper, stir-fry until cooked through.
