chicken thighs (skinless, boneless) 1 ib.
sweet peas 4 oz.
mixed peppers, chopped 4 oz.
cooking oil 2 Tbsp.

Seasoning Mix

Spicy Stir-Fry Sauce 3 Tbsp.
Seasoned Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp.
water 3 Tbsp.

1.   Cut chicken into pieces, marinate with Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for 20 minutes.
2.   Heat the wok and add 2 oil. Wait till temperature reaches 250–280 degrees F. Add the chicken and stir-fry for 5 minutes or until almost cooked.
3.   Add peas, bell peppers, and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
4.   Add Lee Kum Kee Hot & Spicy Stir-Fry Sauce and stir to coat evenly. Add water and cook until done.
