Sliced Pork with Garlic Hoisin Sauce

pork belly 10 oz.
shredded lettuce 10 oz.
cooking wine 4 Tbsp.
green onion 1
ginger slices 2
water As needed

Seasoning Mix

Garlic Hoisin Sauce 8 Tbsp.
sesame Sauce 4 Tbsp.
vinegar 1 Tbsp.
water 3 Tbsp.

1.   Cook pork belly with cold water, green onion, ginger and cooking wine for 40 minutes. Rinse and cool down, then slice it.
2.   Spread shredded lettuce on the plate and place sliced pork belly on top.
3.   Mixed all the seasoning above with some cool water, and then pour it on the pork belly.
