Simple Steamed Eggs

eggs 5
green onion, thinly chopped 1.5 Tbsp.
warm water 3 cups
cooking oil 1 Tbsp.

Seasoning Mix

Chicken Boullion Powder 1 ½ Tbsp.
Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood 3 Tbsp.

1.   Beat all the eggs and whisk well (around 2 cups)
2.   Stir Lee Kum Kee Chicken Bouillon Powder with 3 cups of warm water till dissolved, add beaten egg and whisk it evenly to become “watery egg”.
3.   Use smaller holes filter to remove impurities and foam from “watery egg”. Pour it into big bowl and double-boil steam it for 15 minutes.
4.   Take out the bowl and pour heated oil on the egg. Add Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood and sparkle some chopped green onion on top.
