minced chicken leg meat 10 oz.
Garlic 2 Tbsp.
chopped bamboo shoot 4 oz.
crashed deep-fried wanton wrap some
chopped green onion (white part only) 1 oz.
minced ginger 1 Tbsp.
chopped onion 4 oz.
chopped cilantro ⅛ cup

Seasoning Mix

Garlic Hoisin Sauce 3 Tbsp.
Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Sesame Oil (Pure) 2 tsp.
yellow mustard sauce 1 Tbsp.
peanut butter 1 Tbsp.

1.   Stir-fry minced chicken leg meat till golden brown and filter juice.
2.   Add oil to the heated pot, stir-fry minced ginger, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and chopped onion, then stir-fry with chopped bamboo shoot and stir-fried minced chicken leg meat until sauce evaporates; then put in all the seasoning to stir-fry until evenly coated with sauce.
3.   Stir-fry with chopped green onion (white part) and chopped cilantro. Sprinkle crashed deep-freied wanton wrap on the surface.
