Chicken Stir Fry with Lee Kum Kee Value Line Stir Fry Sauce

Ingredients

chicken breast, diced 2 cups
olive oil 2 Tbsp.
snow peas 3 oz.
carrotds, diced 3 oz.
red bell pepper, diced 3 oz.
yellow bell pepper, diced 3 oz.


Seasoning Mix

Value Line Stir-Fry Sauce 5 Tbsp.


Directions
1.   Add oil to pan on high heat for 2-3 minutes or until smokey.
2.   Add diced chicken breast to pan to pan. Stir-Fry for 4 minutes.
3.   Add vegetables and stir-fry with chicken for 6 minutes, or until tender on medium heat.
4.   Add Lee Kum Kee Value Line Stir-Fry Sauce with chicken and vegetables. Let simmer, then serve.
