Baked Oysters with Sriracha Mayo

Ingredients

oysters in shell 8
fish roe 4 Tbsp.
condensed milk 4 Tbsp.
cracked black pepper 2 tsp.
chopped cilantro stalks 4 Tbsp.
lemon juice 3 Tbsp.
Cilantro leaves for garnish


Seasoning Mix

Sriracha Mayo ¼ cup


Directions
1.   Rinse oysters. Grill with closed lid for 5 minutes till oysters start to open a little. Use knife to pry open all the way and separate shells. Set aside.
2.   In a bowl, mix Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo evenly with all other ingredients (save 2 Tbsp. of crab for garnish), then put the sauce on the oysters (the full half-shell) and place them on a baking tray.
3.   Place oysters in oven and bake at Broil setting for 3 minutes till golden brown on the surface. Garnish with remaining crab and cilantro.
