Vegetarian Stew Over Rice with Lee Kum Kee™ Premium Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

Cauliflower 8 oz
Bell pepper (s) 4 oz [cut into 1 inch cubes]
garbanzo beans 4 oz
lima bean 4 oz
Oil 2 tbsp
water 1 Cup
Cashews 1/4 Cup [optional]
Shao Hsing wine 2 tbsp [or dry sherry ]
Turnip(s) 8 oz [peeled, cut into 1 in. cubes ]
Onion(s) 2 tbsp [chopped ]
Cooked rice 2 Cup


Marinade

Chili Garlic Sauce 1 tsp
Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 2 tbsp


Directions
  1. Heat oil in pan. Stir-fry onions for 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in Lee Kum Kee™ Premium Oyster Sauce, Lee Kum Kee™ Chili Garlic Sauce and the remainder ingredients, except rice.   
  3. Bring mixture to a boil.  Simmer until vegetables are tender.
  4. Serve over rice. Garnish with chopped parsley and cashews.
