Strawberry Cucumber Apple and Chicken Salad with Lee Kum Kee™ Premium Soy Sauce

Ingredients

Cucumber 1 Cup
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Chicken breast meat 8 oz
Pepper 1 pinch
Sugar 1 tsp
basil 3 tbsp, chopped
Lime juice 2 tbsp
Apple (s) 1 /2Cup
Orange juice 2 tbsp
Strawberry (ies) 1 Cup
Oil 2 tbsp


Marinade

Premium Soy Sauce 4 tbsp


Seasoning Mix

Sesame Oil (Pure) 1 tsp


Directions
1.Heat oil in pan on high heat. Pan-fry chicken until fully cooked. Cool.
2.In a medium mixing bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee™ Premium Soy Sauce, orange juice, olive oil, Lee Kum Kee™ Pure Sesame Oil, black pepper and sugar. Mix well.
3.Stir in remainder ingredients. Toss well and transfer mixture into a serving bowl. Top with chicken and serve immediately.
