Chili with Lee Kum Kee™ Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce

Beginner's
Ingredients

Beef 1 lb [, ground ]
Oil 2 tbsp
Onion(s) 4 oz [, chopped ]
kidney beans 1 can [, rinsed well, drained]
Tomato(es) 2 tbsp [, paste]
chili powder 2 tbsp
cilantro 2 tbsp, chopped, garnish


Marinade

Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp
Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 4 tbsp


Directions
  1. Heat oil on high heat in a medium pan. Brown beef in batches.
  2. Add onion, Lee Kum Kee™ Chili Garlic Sauce and chili powder. Cook mixture for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in Lee Kum Kee™ Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce and the remainder ingredients, except cilantro. Bring mixture to a boil. Then, simmer until thickened.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips and garnish with chopped cilantro.
