Black Bean Garlic Chicken Salad

Ingredients

Chicken 1 lb [breast, cut into pieces ]
Olive oil 4 tsp
Corn starch 2 tsp
romaine lettuce 1 lbchopped
Oil 3 tbsp
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 [yellow, julienned ]
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 [red, julienned]


Marinade

Black Bean Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp


Directions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine olive oil, cornstarch and Lee Kum Kee™ Black Bean Garlic Sauce (black bean garlic dressing). Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in pan. Fry chicken until golden brown. Keep at room temperature.
  3. Place salad on plate and drizzle black bean garlic sauce dressing on top with cooked sliced chicken.
