Water 1 oz
Olive oil 1 oz
Ginger (s) 2 tsp
spring mixed salad 8 oz
Walnuts 2 oz [, or pecans]
avocado 1 whole [pitted-cut into small cubes]
Tomato(es) 2 whole [, cut into wedges ]
Raisins 1/2 Cup [, golden ]
Apple (s) 1 whole [, green, peeled, thinly sliced]
Cheese 4 oz [, feta ]


Hoisin Sauce 2 fl oz
Sesame Oil (Pure) 1 tsp

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee™ Hoisin Sauce, vinegar, water, olive oil, Lee Kum Kee™ Pure Sesame Oil and minced ginger (hoisin salad dressing). Mix well.
  2. Serve hoisin salad dressing with the remainder ingredients.


Create your own vinaigrette using Premium Soy Sauce. Simply mix with olive oil and serve.
