Turkey and Wild rice Casserole with Lee Kum Kee™ Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce

Cheese 2 oz
Celery 2 oz
half and half 2 Cup
shitake mushrooms 2 oz, removed ends, chopped
Turkey 1 lb
red bell pepper 1 small
flour 2 tbsp
Rice 2 Cup
parsely 2 tbsp, chopped
Onion(s) 2 oz
Butter 2 tbsp
Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 5 tbsp

1.Heat butter and flour on medium heat in a medium sauce pan. Cook mixture until golden brown.
2.Add celery, mushrooms, onions, bell pepper, turkey meat and Lee Kum KeeTM Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce. Cook mixture for 3 minutes.
3.Stir in wild rice, parsley, half and half and black pepper. Mix well.
4.Transfer mixture into a buttered baking dish. Cover top with aluminum foil.
5.Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
6.Remove foil and sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake for an additional 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
