Sweet Pulled Pork Sandwich with Lee Kum Kee™ Hoisin Sauce

Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Pork 2 lb [, butt, cut to 2 x 4 in. logs ]
Sugar 2 tbsp [, brown ]
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt 1 pinch [, and pepper, for taste ]
french rolls 4 pcs
Hoisin Sauce helps retain the moisture and flavor for pork or any protein during high baking temperatures.


Hoisin Sauce 4 oz

1. In a small mixing bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee TM Hoisin Sauce and mayonnaise. Mix well and refrigerate.
2. In a baking dish, combine the pork, brown sugar, black pepper and cooking oil. Mix well. Marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
3. Bake marinated pork at 350 degrees for 1.5 hours. Cool and slice into small pieces.
4. Assemble pulled pork with the french rolls. Brush on additional Hoisin Sauce on the pork.
