Ingredients

Beef steak (s) 1 lb [, cut into strips ]
Corn starch 2 tsp
Asparagus 4 oz [, cut into 2-in length pcs ]
Oil 2 tbsp


Marinade

Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 2 tbsp
Chili Garlic Sauce 1 tsp


Directions
  1. In a small bowl, combine 1 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee™ Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce, cornstarch and beef (oyster sauce mixture). Mix well.
  2. Heat oil in a medium-sized pan. Stir-fry beef for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in asparagus with oyster sauce mixture.
  4. Cook beef mixture for an additional 2 minutes. Serve over steamed rice.
