Pumpkin Muffins with Lee Kum Kee™ Plum Sauce

pumpkin puree 2 Cup
Milk 2 oz
baking soda 1 tsp
baking powder 2 tsp
flour 2 Cup, sifted
Cinnamon 1/4 tsp
muffin cups 1 pkg
semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 Cup
Oil 1/2 Cup
vanilla extract 1 tsp
Egg (s) 1 whole


Plum Sauce 8 tbsp


1.  In a medium mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, Lee Kum KeeTM Plum Sauce, oil and beaten egg. Mix well. 
2.  Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla, milk and chocolate chips. Mix well.
3.  Line cupcake pan with muffin cups. Spoon mixture into muffin cups about ¾ way to the top. 
4.  Place tray in the oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until muffins are done.
