Chicken & Shrimp Soup with Lee Kum Kee™ Chili Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

Shrimp(s) 8 oz
Bok choy 4 oz
Bean sprouts 4 oz
Chicken pieces 8 oz
Linguini 4 oz
Sugar 2 tsp
Water 4 Cup
Green onion(s) 2 tbsp


Marinade

Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tsp


Seasoning Mix

Sesame Oil (Pure) 2 tsp
Chicken Boullion Powder 1 tbsp


Directions
1.In a medium sauce pan, add water, Lee Kum Kee TM Chili Garlic Sauce, sugar and Lee Kum Kee TM Chicken Bouillon Powder. Bring mixture to a boil.
2.Stir in chicken and shrimp. Cook mixture for 2 minutes.
3.Add bok choy and bean sprouts. Cook mixture until heated through.
4.Place cooked linguine into a bowl and pour soup mixture on top. Garnish with Lee Kum KeeTM Pure Sesame Oil and chopped green onions.
