Baked Salmon with Pineapple Mango Jicama and Lee Kum Kee™ Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce

Beginner's
Ingredients

Salmon 12 oz [, cut into 2 pieces ]
Mayonnaise 4 oz
mustard 1/2 tsp
Olive oil 1 tbsp
vinegar 1 tbsp, seasoned
Pepper 1 tsp [, coarse ]
Sugar 1/2 tsp
basil 2 tbsp, chopped
jicama 1 oz, cut into small cubes
mango 1 Cup, cut into small cubes
Pineapple 1 Cup [, cut into small cubes ]


Marinade

Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 2 tbsp
Premium Soy Sauce 2 tbsp


Directions
1. Combine Lee Kum KeeTM Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce, black pepper and mayonnaise (sauce mixture). Marinate salmon for 30 minutes with sauce mixture.
2. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Keep warm.
3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine Lee Kum KeeTM Premium Soy Sauce, vinegar, olive oil, mustard and sugar. Mix well.
4. Stir in pineapple, mango, jicama and basil. Mix well. Transfer into a serving plate and top over cooked salmon.
