Ingredients

Cauliflower 8 oz
Broccoli 8 oz
yellow squash 1 pc
Chicken 8 oz
parsely 2 tbsp, chopped
Tomato(es) 1 whole
water 4 cups
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Onion(s) 2 tbsp


Marinade

Premium Soy Sauce 4 tbsp


Seasoning Mix

Sesame Oil (Pure) 2 tsp


Directions
1.Heat oil in a medium sauce pan on high heat. Stir-fry onions and garlic for 2 minutes.
2.Stir in chicken meat and tomato. Cook mixture for five minutes.
3.Add the remaining ingredients and bring mixture to a boil. Serve with toasted baguettes if desired.
