Summer Beef Kabobs and Vegetables with Premium Soy Sauce

Ingredients

squash 1 whole
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Button Mushroom (s) 4 pcs
Bell pepper (s) 1 small
Pepper 1 pinch
brown sugar 1 tbsp
cherry tomato 4 Taelpcs
skewers 8 pcs
Ginger (s) 1 /2tsp
Sirloin beef steak (s) 8 oz


Marinade

Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tsp


Seasoning Mix

Premium Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Hoisin Sauce 3 tbsp


Directions
1.In a small mixing bowl, combine 3 Tbsp Lee Kum KeeTM Hoisin Sauce, 1 Tbsp oil, ginger, sugar and pepper (hoisin mixture). Marinate beef with the hoisin mixture for 30 minutes and set aside.
2.Thread 3 slices of beef onto a skewer. Repeat. Grill to perfection and keep warm.
3.In a seperate mixing bowl, combine Lee Kum KeeTM Premium Soy Sauce, Lee Kum KeeTM Chili Garlic Sauce and oil (Chili Garlic Mixture).
4.Thread tomato, mushroom, bell pepper and squash on a skewer. Brush vegetables skewers with chili garlic mixture. Repeat. Grill to perfection and keep warm.
