Ingredients

Kabocha squash 1 lb, peeled, cut into 2-in pcs
green beans 1 lb, cut 2-in. length pcs, blanch
Pepper 1 pinch [, to taste]
Sugar 1 tsp
water 4 oz
Oil 6 tbsp
dry sherry 2 tbsp


Marinade

Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 6 tbsp
Chili Garlic Sauce 4 tsp


Directions
1. In a small mixing bowl, combine 4 Tbsp. Lee Kum KeeTM Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce, sugar, dry sherry, black pepper and 2 Tbsp. oil (sauce mixture). Mix well.
2. Marinate the steak with the sauce mixture for 1 hour. Then, grill or pan-fry the steak to perfection. Keep warm.
3. In a seperate pan, heat 4 Tbsp. oil. Stir-fry Kabocha squash for 3 minutes.
4. Add water, green beans, Lee Kum Kee TM Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce and 2 tsp. Lee Kum Kee TM Chili Garlic Sauce. Cook mixture until vegetables are tender. Serve with steak.
