Ingredients

Angled luffa 2 oz [julienne ]
Celery 4 oz [sliced into thin bias ]
yellow squash 4 ozsliced
shitake mushrooms 4 ozremoved ends, sliced
pork tenderloin 8 ozcut into thin strips
Spaghetti 8 oz [cooked according to direction ]
hot water 2 oz
cooking oil 3 tbsp
green onion 3 stalks [chopped ]


Marinade

Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 6 tbsp
Chili Garlic Sauce 1 tbsp
Kum Chun Soy Sauce 1 tbsp


Directions
1. Heat oil in pan on high heat. Place pork in pan and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
2. Stir in vegetables, Lee Kum KeeTM Chili Garlic Sauce, Lee Kum KeeTM Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce and Lee Kum KeeTM Premium Soy Sauce. Mix well and cook mixture for an additional 3 minutes.
3. Add spaghetti and 2 oz. hot water. Toss mixture and cook until heated through.
