Button Mushroom (s) 8 oz
black pepper 3 /4tsp
Onion(s) 1 /2small
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic 2 pcs
ground beef 1 lb
hamburger buns 4


Premium Soy Sauce 2 tbsp

Seasoning Mix

Hoisin Sauce 3 tbsp


1.  In a bowl, mix ground beef, black pepper, 3 tbsp hoisin sauce and 1 tbsp soy sauce. Form mixture into 4 equal patties, 4 inches in diameter. 
2.  In a skillet, add 1 tbsp oil, sautee onions and mushrooms and 1 tbsp soy sauce. Cook for 5 minutes and set aside. 
3.  Cook patties in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties thoroughly. 
4.  Assemble burger patties with onion mushroom mixture.
