Carrot (s) 1/4 Cup [, shredded ]
Cucumber 1/4 Cup [, shredded ]
Bean sprouts 1/4 Cup
Chicken breast meat 1/2 lb
Peanuts 2 tbsp [, roasted, chopped ]


lemon juice 2 tbsp
Chili Garlic Sauce 1 tbsp
Plum Sauce 3 tbsp

1. Boil and shread chicken breast. Rinse and drain bean sprouts. Wisk together dressing ingredients.
2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve with chopped roasted peanuts.
