Fish fillet 200 g [cut into 16 pieces]
Leaves of Sweet Corn 16 pcs [cut into 5 cm x 15 cm]
XO Sauce 3 tbsp
Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 1 tsp
- Divide seasoning mix into 16 portions.
- Put fish on sweet corn leaves. Spread seasoning mix on fish. Roll up leaves to wrap fish.
- Pan-fry wrapped fish in 2 tbsp oil until done. Remove leaves and serve hot.
