Thai Style Fried Chicken Wings

Ingredients

Chicken wings [middle joint] 350 g
Thai Sweet Chili Sauce 5 tbsp


Marinade

Premium Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Chopped Lemon grass 1/2 stalk


Directions
  1. Marinate chicken wings for 1/2 hour.
  2. Pan-fry chicken wings in 2 tbsp oil over low heat until done. Stir in Lee Kum Kee Thai Sweet Chili Sauce and heat through.
