Beef 225 g [1 pc, sliced]
Green onion(s) 2 pcs [sectioned]
Ginger (s) 1 pc [small, shredded]
Chili 1 pc [Red, shredded]
Chinese parsley 1 sprig [cut into long sections]


Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 1 tbsp
Water 2 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Meat tenderizer/ bicarbonate of soda 1/4 tsp
Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 2 tbsp
Sesame Oil (Pure) 1 tsp
Cooking Wine 2 tbsp

  1. Marinate beef for 20 minutes.
  2. Stir-fry beef until 3/4 done in 2 tbsp oil. Add green onions, ginger, red chili and stir well. Add seasoning mix and stir well on strong heat. Stir in Chinese parsley and turn off heat.
