Ostrich Fried Rice with XO Sauce

Cooked rice 350 g
Ostrich meat 120 g [or chicken meat, diced]
Pine Nuts 50 g
Green peas 50 g
Carrot (s) 25 g [diced finely]
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pc [Red, diced]
Garlic 1 tsp [minced]


Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 2 tsp
Sesame Oil (Pure) 1 tsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp
XO Sauce 2 tbsp
Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 1 tbsp

  1. Stir-fry pine nuts in oil until golden yellow.  Drain.
  2. Mix ostrich meat with marinade.
  3. Saute minced garlic in 2 tbsp oil.  Add ostrich meat and stir-fry until done.  Add all vegetables and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in cooked rice, seasoning mix, pine nuts and heat through.
