Fried Black Cod In XO Mushroom Sauce

Black cod 450 g [or any fish steaks, 2-3 pieces]
Button Mushroom (s) 50 g [sliced]
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pc [sliced]
Corn starch [for dusting]


Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 1 tbsp
XO Sauce 3 Catty
Corn starch 1 tsp
Water 125 ml
Pepper to taste

  1. Dust fish steaks with corn starch.
  2. Pan-fry fish steaks in 3 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done. Drain and put on a serving plate.
  3. Stir-fry button mushrooms and bell pepper in ½ tbsp oil. Add sauce mix and heat through. Pour over fish steaks.
