Deep-Fried Squid Rolls

Squid (s) 12 pcs
Ground chicken 150 g
Corn starch 2 tsp [for dusting]


Fine Chili Sauce 1 tbsp
Cooking Wine 1 tsp
Diced red chili 1 tsp
Sugar 1/4 tsp

  1. Cut squid in the size about 8 X 5 cm, make shallow slashes in diamond shape on inside surface.
  2. Mix minced chicken with Lee Kum Kee Fine Shrimp Sauce and divide into 12 portions.
  3. Spread minced chicken on outside of squid and roll up. Mix squid rolls with seasoning mix.
  4. Dust squid rolls with corn starch. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden yellow and done.
