Corn starch 1/2 Cup [for dusting ]


Fine Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Beaten egg 1/2 pc

  1. Marinate chicken wings for 30 minutes.
  2. Dust chicken wings lightly with corn starch.
  3. Deep-fry chicken wings in hot oil until golden yellow and done.
