Chili Garlic Prawns and Vegetables

Ingredients

Prawns 350 g [meat]
Asparagus 50 g [sliced]
Baby corn 50 g [sliced]
Chili 1 pc [Red, cut into pieces]
Cashews [roasted, chopped, for topping]


Marinade

Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp
Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 1 tbsp


Directions
  1. Stir-fry asparagus, baby corn and red chili in 2 tbsp oil for 1 minute.  Add prawn meat, seasoning mix and stir-fry until done.  Sprinkle with roasted cashew nuts.
