Kid's Favorite

Chicken breast meat 150 g [cut into strips]
Iceberg lettuce 4 leaves
Tomato(es) 4 slices
Cucumber 4 slices
Tortillas 4 pcs


Hoisin Sauce 1 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Hoisin Sauce

  1. Mix chicken with marinade.
  2. Pan-fry chicken in 1 tbsp oil on low heat until golden yellow and done. 
  3. Reheat tortillas according to packet instructions until soft.  Put lettuce, tomato, cucumber and chicken breast on tortillas.  Top with Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce.  Roll up and serve.
