Assorted Mushrooms in Chicken Stock

Beginner's
Ingredients

Chinese Lettuce 300 g [drained]
Assorted mushroom(s) 300 g [fresh, cut into pieces]
Ginger (s) 4 slices
Cabbage 2.5 oz [cut into pieces]


Marinade

Chicken Boullion Powder 2 tsp
Hot Water 500 ml
Sesame Oil (Pure) to taste
Pepper and Salt to taste
Premium Soy Sauce 3 tbsp


Directions
  1. Bring chicken stock to a boil. 
  2. Add ginger, lettuce and assorted mushrooms. Cook for about 2 minutes until mushrooms are soft.
  3. Season with Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil and pepper. Serve hot. Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce can be used for dipping.
