Garlic Hoisin Flavored Pork Sandwich
pork belly 1 lb.
French roll 3
onion, shredded 8 oz.
cooking oil 1 Tbsp.
cooking wine 2 Tbsp.
water 1 cup
cheese 3 slices
Seasoned Soy Sauce 3 Tbsp.
Garlic Hoisin Sauce 10 Tbsp.
Marinade pork belly with 6 Tbsp. of Lee Kum Kee Garlic Hoisin, Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce, cooking wine and water for 1 -2 hours.
Put pork belly into preheated 400 F oven for 20 minutes, then flip and bake the other side until the middle of the pork belly is 165 F.
Heat up a pan, add cooking oil, stir-fry onion with medium small heat until the onion is transparent. Slice the pork belly and mix with the onion.
Put onion and pork belly on the French roll and pour the rest of Lee Kum Kee Garlic Hoisin. Ready to serve!
