1. In a baking dish, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
2. Marinate beef for two hours or more.
3. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
4. Remove cover. Bake for another 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
5. Transfer the juice into a small sauce pan. Bring mixture to a boil. Cook sauce until thickened.
6. Glaze beef ribs with sauce.
