Stir-fried Vegetarian Abalone with Vegetables

Ingredients

Vegetarian abalone 150 g [sliced]
Sugar snaps 120 g
Fresh lily bulb 75 gtorn into pieces
Carrot (s) 50 g [sliced]


Marinade

All Purpose Marinade with Herbs 2 tbsp


Directions
  1. Blanch sugar snaps and carrot in boiling water.  Drain.
  2. Stir-fry vegetarian abalone in 2 tbsp oil.  Add sugar snaps, lily bulb, carrot, sauce mix and heat through.
