Stir-fried Japanese Noodles with Chili Bean Sauce

Ingredients

Japanese fresh noodles/Udon noodles 400 g [2 packets]
Pork 120 g [shredded]
Onion(s) 1/2 pc [shredded]
Chili 1 pc [Red, shredded]
Chili 1 pc [Green, shredded]
Minced Garlic 1 tbsp


Marinade

Chili Bean Sauce (Toban Djan) 3 tbsp
Hoisin Sauce 2 tbsp


Directions
  1. Saute red chili, green chili and garlic in 2 tbsp oil. Add pork, onion and stir-fry until done.
  2. Add Japanese noodles and sesaoning mix. Stir well until heated through.
