Fried Potatoes and Beef in All Purpose Marinade With Herbs

Ingredients

Potato(es) 300 g [cut into strips]
Beef fillet/tenderloin 120 g [shredded]
Carrot (s) 50 g [shredded]


Marinade

Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 1 tsp
Sesame Oil (Pure) 1/2 tsp
All Purpose Marinade with Herbs 2 tbsp


Directions
  1. Mix beef with marinade.
  2. Pan-fry potatoes in oil until golden yellow.  Drain.
  3. Stir-fry beef in 2 tbsp oil until done. Add carrot, potatoes and sauce mix. Stir well until heated through.
