1 lb flank steak or tender cut beef, thinly sliced
6 oz small broccoli florets
3 oz carrot, slices (optional vegetable)
1.5 oz baby corn
1.5 oz mushrooms
1 1/2 tbsp cooking oil
1.5 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce*
1.5 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Less Sodium Soy Sauce*
1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce*
1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil*

1. Heat oil over high heat in a large frying pan or wok.
2. Add beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add vegetables and mushroom and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.
3. Stir in Oyster Flavored Sauce, Less Sodium Soy Sauce and Hoisin Sauce. Bring to a simmer, add Pure Sesame Oil and then serve.
