Ham2 pcs [, packed, sliced ]
Pineapple1 whole [, fresh, small, peeled, cored ]


Marinade
Hoisin Sauce
Hoisin Sauce
6 tbsp


Directions
1. In a small mixing bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee™ Hoisin Sauce and olive oil (hoisin mixture).
2. Transfer ham slices and pineapple onto a tray. Brush ham with hoisin mixture.
3. Grill until cooked.

Tips

Lee Kum Kee™ Plum Sauce is also a great glaze on ham. Just marinade the ham with Plum Sauce and serve.
