Ham and Pineapple with Lee Kum Kee™ Hoisin Sauce
olive oil 2 tbsp
Ham2 pcs [, packed, sliced ]
Pineapple1 whole [, fresh, small, peeled, cored ]
Hoisin Sauce 6 tbsp
||In a small mixing bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee™ Hoisin Sauce and olive oil (hoisin mixture).
||Transfer ham slices and pineapple onto a tray. Brush ham with hoisin mixture.
||Grill until cooked.

Lee Kum Kee™ Plum Sauce is also a great glaze on ham. Just marinade the ham with Plum Sauce and serve.
